Hi, I’m Monica-

I may not have the official title of “SexPert,” but after helping hundreds of couples with intimacy and relationship challenges, many would say otherwise! Watching couples go from struggling to thriving—finding reconnection, healing, and repair—has been incredibly rewarding.

My passion for helping couples reconnect started early. Growing up as the child of a urologist gave me a unique perspective on sexual health and functioning. That background, combined with my professional training, gave me a unique insight into the dynamics of intimacy and connection; diving deep into Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy, and Affair Recovery.

My dedication to real, effective solutions led me to become a Nationally Certified Sex Therapist, committed to helping couples build the love and connection they truly deserve. I’m proud of the lasting results couples have achieved for themselves, through the tools I’ve shared with them.

My mission is to help couples reconnect, heal, and pursue their dreams together.

Many couples don’t realize they might be doing too little, too late.

It’s not always clear what’s needed to keep joy, intimacy, and connection alive in a relationship. Couples I’ve worked with often tell me they wish they’d acted sooner, saying things like:

  • Sexual health and intimacy are private issues, but you don’t have to struggle alone. I treat my clients with the utmost respect and confidentiality, creating ease and  comfort when talking about the truly intimate.
  • I am sex positive and LGBTQ welcoming with respect of all consensual relationships.

  • Nationally Certified Sex Therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience.
  • Trained at the University of Michigan’s Sexual Health Program for Sex Therapy and Sex Educators.
  • Masters from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
  • Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method (Attachment Theory), Developmental Model for Couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Affair Recovery, and Trauma-Focused Healing.
  • Advanced post-graduate training in infidelity and couples therapy.
  • Continued training with experts like Esther Perel, John and Julie Gottman, Sue Johnson, David Schnarch, and Barry McCarthy.
